• You keep answering the phone while you are installing a new bathroom, now the customer is not happy because you have taken longer than expected. 
• Oh and the knock on effect you are now late for any other appointments scheduled. 
• Your caller is not happy because the phone calls keep being missed, or you explain you are currently busy and you will call them back! Will you remember to call back and then when? 
• Your admin is now behind and you have an annual inspection that you are not ready for, do you stay up all night and try to complete a years worth of admin or do you fail and lose your membership.
• Oh and while you are working on all the above you haven't invoiced for the jobs you have carried out that week yet, and bills need to be paid.
• You go home after a busy day of juggling to try and attack you paperwork/finances, but you have a family who deserve your quality time or friends that have missed you because you are always working.
